For our patrons, the following Dunbar instructors have provided some information about themselves and their recreational backgrounds.
Toni is a certified Cycle Instructor, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, as well as a Pre & Post Natal Fitness Specialist. She has been in the fitness industry for over a decade. A fitness enthusiast, Toni is a Vancouver Marathon finisher and regularly competes in half-marathons and 10Ks throughout the city.
Toni currently teaches a cycle class at Dunbar on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30am and Thursdays at 9:15am. She also teaches at Douglas Park Community Centre, Jewish Community Centre and Pulse Cycling Studio. Toni is committed to designing fun, motivating and time efficient workouts in a group or individual setting.
