Youth Volunteer Orientation (13-18 yrs)
This orientation session introduces new volunteers to our volunteering program and how to get involved. Learn about volunteer requirements and current opportunities. Discover how volunteering can be a great way to develop personal interests, learn new skills and gain experience working in the community. Please pre-register.

Special Events Youth Group (14-18 yrs)
The Special Events Youth Group engages in local and citywide youth events with support from the Community Youth Worker. This Winter we will collaborate on several events to celebrate 2019 Youth Week. Volunteer hours will be awarded at the last meeting. No meetings during Spring Break.

Games Room Attendants (15-18 yrs)
Dunbar Community Centre is looking for reliable youth volunteers to help oversee our Games Room after school and during birthday parties. Volunteer shifts will be available M-F from 3:45-5:45pm and
on weekends. Must register and be available to attend a mandatory orientation session on Wednesday, January 9, 3:45-4:45pm at Dunbar Community Centre.
Family Pottery (6+ yrs)
Enjoy quality time and make memories with your loved ones. For this intergenerational class we will use basic hand building techniques to create functional pottery pieces for everyday use, and some decorative projects. Fee includes any two family members; children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Stop by the Dunbar Games Room afterschool to take part in our free games and activities. We have video games, foosball, a pool table, table tennis and dozens of board games! Bring your friends or come to make new ones. Parents please note that this hangout is a free drop-in run by youth volunteers.
